Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible civil tenderers as mentioned below :(A) Up to date Trade license, Up to date Income Tax Certificate,Up to date VAT Registration Certificate. B)Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Civil works.(C) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(One) number of similar nature of Land development/Site Improvement/Earth fililng works of minimum value at least Tk. 6.50 (Six Point five Zero) Crore from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc..(D) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(Five) years amounting of Tk. 11.00 (Eleven Point Zero Zero) Crore from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc.(F) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilitiesof the tenderer shall be Tk. 3.00 ( Three Point Zero Zero) Crore . Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) submitted by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form ePW3-8).(E) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.(F) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
