Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :(A) Up to date Trade license, Up to date Income Tax Certificate, Up to date VAT Registration Certificate. B)Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Civil works.(C) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of similar nature of civil works of land development/Earth filling/Site development of minimum value of contract not less than 6.00 (Six point zero zero) Crore in a single work order from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc..(D) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(Five) years amounting of Tk. 8.00 (Eight Point Zero Zero) Crore from any Govt/semi govt./ autonoumous body/council/corporation etc.(F) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2.00 ( Two Point Zero Zero) Crore . Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form ePW3-8) format.(E) The competent authority reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.(F) Any deviations of signature will be treated as disqualification of tenderer.
