Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Bangladesh: Labor Market Information System (LMIS) for Economic Zones concept. The Purpose of the Consultancy is to Develop a Concept of a Labor Market Information System (Lmis) for the Economic Zones in Bangladesh. The Study will Answer the Foundational Questions to Assess the Feasibility and Value-Added of Developing an Lmis for the Zones. This Includes What Information Sources would be Relevant to Integrate in the System; What Information Sources and Services for Employers and Job Seekers Currently Exist; Who the Current Main Users of Such Information are and Who can be Potential New Users. The Study should be Based on Fieldwork and Include Consultations with Stakeholders. Also, Based on Examples from International Experience, the Study will Present Proposals of Lmis Models that would be Applicable and Valuable for Bangladesh. Qualification Criteria · 1. Provide Information Showing that They are Qualified in the Field of the Assignment. · 2. Provide Information on the Technical and Managerial Capabilities of the Firm. · 3. Provide Information on Their Core Business and Years in Business. · 4. Provide Information on the Qualifications of Key Staff.
