  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER:(Where applicable)i) Photocopy of valid Trade license and valid VATregistration certificate.ii) Photocopy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no.iii) Proprietorship/Partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable).iv) Manufacturers are permitted to participate in the tender and Manufacturer-s Authorization Certificate must be submitted. Manufacturer must have in-house processing and packaging facilities.v) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (One) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt/ Semi-Govt/ reputed hospitality industry with the offer.vi) Sample of Wheat Flour Item(Minimum-02 kg) must be submitted (Non-Refundable) along with the offer and must be ensured that the sample should reach before opening of the tender.vii) Tenderer must have owned/hired covered delivery van for supply of wheat flour items .The vehicle must be cleaned well painted and should have enough space for safe transportation.viii) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly.
