Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER:(Where applicable).i) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year.ii) Photocopy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no.iii) Photocopy of up-to date valid VAT registration certificate.iv) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable).v) Following sample must be submitted on demand during tender evaluation as per following :a) Thermal Box.b) Individual Packing Sample.vi) The Tenderer shall have minimum 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed hospitality industry with the offer.vii)The tenderer must have covered Delivery van/Pickup van and necessary documents for supporting the vehicle like up-to-date Blue book, Tax token, Route permit, Insurance, Fitness etc to be submitted with the tender. In case of hired Delivery van necessary Deed of Agreement has to be submitted.viii) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly.
