  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER.i) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year ,valid VAT registration certificate & current Income tax return must be submitted quoting TIN no.ii) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (as applicable).iii) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed organization with the offer.iv) Tenderer must have Refrigerated Delivery Van Refrigerated (Max.5 ° C ) (Freezer -18 ° C with the capacity to supply of Meat items at or below +5°c and necessary documents in supporting the vehicle like up-to-date blue book, tax token, route permit, Insurance, fitness certificate etc have to be submitted with the tender. Incase of hire, necessary deed of agreement also to be submitted.v) Meat must be supplied from Halal way slaughtered animal. Updated Halal and fit for human consumption Certificate from appropriate authority must be submitted during tender as well as every delivery.vi)Meat Supplier must possess meat processing facilities from slaughtering to cut meat product of its own/Rental.vii) Frozen meat must be hard frozen (-18° C) during delivery.
