  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01.THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE TENDER.(Where applicable).i) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year ,valid VAT registration certificate & current Income tax return must be submitted quoting TIN no.ii) Photocopy of Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (as applicable).iii) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed organization with the offer.iv)Tenderer must have Refrigerated Delivery Van with the capacity to supply of Chicken items at or below +5°c and necessary documents in supporting the vehicle like up-to-date blue book, tax token, route permit, Insurance, fitness certificate etc have to be submitted with the tender. Incase of hire necessary deed of agreement also to be submitted.v) Refrigerated processing room, min area 250 sq. ft., room temperature not exceeding +20°c, floor and walls of processing room should be tiled or mosaic, well lit, processing table and equipment should be stainless steel, sufficient facility for chilling and storing frozen chicken.vi) Preference shall be given to ISO and HACCP certified company for chicken supply.vii) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly.
