- Country: BangladeshDescription of the Assignment:The objective of the assignment is to provide technical assistance in implementation and safety audit of in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signed with 5 Air Conditioning and 1 chiller manufacturing companies under Bangladesh-s Stage II HPMP project. The use of flammable substances such as propane, isobutene etc., requires substantial changes in the production facilities and practices. Conformity to strict safety standards is a requirement and considering this, following safety concept is proposed to be applied: Classify all identified hazard areas following IEC 60079-10-1:2020. In addition, the consultant will ensure proper implementation and certification of Milestone 1,2, 3, 4 and 5 under the MoA with the six companies of the HPMP II project.
