Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 years of overall experienceb) Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) similar nature/civil/repair of work in a single contract amounting not less than Tk. 12.00 lac during last 05 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./autonomous bodies. The works certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/organization.c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk 30.00 lac (best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered). All works completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.d) The required minimum liquid Assets i.e working capital/line of credit facilities is Tk. 10.00 lac in the specified format of PPR.e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt. Autonomous organizations will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender(f) Report on the financial standing such as profit & loss statements and audited balance sheet for the past 05 (five) year.(g) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate etc.(h) other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
