  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05 (Five) year's.(b) Specific Experience:Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number of work having same nature and complexity under any Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during the last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 12.00 (twelve) Lac, in a single contract. Other than CPTU prescribed format the Experience Certificate will not be accepted.(c) The Tenderers average annual construction Turn Over shall be greater than amounting TK. 23.00 (twenty three) Lac, This must be supported by total certified Payments received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during the last 05 (Five) years.(d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 12.00 (Twelve) Lac, Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW2a-3).(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 17.00 (seventeen) Lac.(f) The Tenderer must posses: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate.(g) Any other eligibilities mentioned in TDS.
