Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible/ Bona fide Tenderers:a) General experience: Reputed Main/Sub Contractors / Bona fide firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experiences.b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completion of similar nature of work amounting minimum Taka 150.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh in any single tender during last 05 (Five) years.i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 450.00 Lac over the last 5 years and Tender Capacity minimum 170.00 Lac.d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).e) Up-to-date and valid ABC category Electrical License & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.f) The minimum amount Liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank TK 190.00 Lac in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7) Only, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
