Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer must have:1) Up to date valid Trade License.2) Up to Date Income Tax Certificate.3) VAT Registration Document 4) Bank Solvency Certificate.5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor of Subcontractor of Management Contractor shall be 07 (Seven) years.6) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor of Subcontractor of Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 02 (Two) contracts of interiorer works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,000/=( Ten Lakh BDT only)7) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000/=(Twenty five Lakh BDT only)8) The required average annual construction turover under public sector shall be greater than tk 40,00000/- (Forty lakh BDT only) over the last 05 (five) financial years or best 05 (five) years in the last 10 (ten) years.
