Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (three) years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).2. Specific Experience: Satisfactory completion of "Interior Works" of at least Tk 1,65,00,000.00 (Taka One Crore Sixty Five Lac) only under one or two contracts as a prime contractor over a period of 6 (six) years shall be required under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk 2,00,00,000.00 (Taka Two Crore) of best 3 (three) years in the last 6 (Six) financial years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution.4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 80,00,000.00 (Taka Eighty Lac).5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Taka Two Crore) only.6. Other necessary rerquirement have been mentioned in TDS.
