  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal. b) The Tenderers must have specific experience of satisfactory completion of construction of similar works (office workstation/interior decoration/civil construction works) under public sector/entity of minimum BDT 15,00,000/- (Taka Fifteen Lac) value under maximum 01 (One) Contracts in the last five (05) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal. c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 25,00,000/- (BDT Twenty-Five lac) over the best 03 years in the last 05 financial years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 25,00,000/- (Taka Twenty-Five Lac) on or after the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal. e) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, is solvent, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay Taxes, VAT and must have valid & updated Trade license. f) Tenderers and all parties constituting the Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 71 of the Public Procureme...
