Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must meet following minimum eligibility and qualification criteria including other criteria specified in ITT, TDS and Tender Submission Letter of Tender Documents:a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract and minimum six (6) storied Building including furniture Supply, Internal & External Electrical Wearing,Fire,Air Cooler System,CC Camera System, Arboriculture & Plantation Works etc.under public sector organization during the last Five(5) years with a value of at least Tk. Ten (10) Crore.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Fourteen (14) crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk Three Hundred Forty (340) Lac. e)The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk. Ten (10) crores.
Brief Description of Works : The Work consists of False Ceiling Work, Furniture Works, Landscaping Works, HVAC Sytem Works, Access Control works, electrical wiring, CCTV etc. of Dormitory Building Interior Works at Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City-2 as detailed in the Drawings & Bill of Quantities.
