Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Should be eGP registered.b) Any individual (s)/ firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM) can participate.c) Quoted amount of tender beyond 10 (Ten) percent above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.d) The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Rules- 2008" for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.e) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.f) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund.
