Project Name : Repair/Renovation of Govt. Educational Institutions
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in supplying and manufacturing of at Least (1) One contract of similar nature from Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of BD successfully completed within the last (05) five years in a single Work order of minimum value at least Tk. 5.00 lakh.2. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutinizing of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.3. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR-2025 Rule-127(1,2,3).4. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.5. Tenderers who failed to start/failed to complete the awarded work within stipulated time in EED and other Departments without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender.6.For similar work tenderer must submit completion certificate including BOQ and NOA/work order.Otherwise the tenderer will consider as non responsive.7.For abnormal less tenderer must submit analysis report.
