Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer :This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers or JVCA (Max. no. of partners shall not be more than 3 (three))a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction works.b) Tenderer must possess Up to date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up to date trade license, c) The Tenderer shall have a Minimum specific experience in construction of RCC Building in a single contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology, with an amount of at least Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac only in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years.d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of Tk. 10 (Ten) Lac only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk 12.00 (Twelve ) Lac only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified in STD Form e-PW3.f) Tender capacity shall be of Tk. 10.0 (Ten) Lac only.g) All Payment/Experience Certificates must be submitted in specified format instructed by Bangladesh Government. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.h) Other requisite eligibility and conditions of the tender are shown in ITT, GCC, TDS and PCC.
