Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor under public sector of at least one contract of lift repairing work successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11.00 (Eleven) Lakh.3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh over the last 5 financial years.4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or credit line(s) must be submitted by the Tenderers shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh in the prescribed form e-PW2A-8 published by BPPA.5. The minimum capacity shall be: 10.00 (Ten) Lakh.6. Tenderer must submit sole distributorship certificate of B category Lift manufacturer.7. Spare parts assurance certificate from the B category Lift manufacturer.8. Have an experience of repair and maintenace of at least 12 (Twelve) lift of the tenderer.9. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.10. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
