Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:General experience of the contractor shall be 5 (five) years in similar nature of works.The minimum specific experience as a contractor in similar nature of works (Installation of water filtration system with reverse osmosis-RO (capacity-5,000 lit/hr.), delivery pipe line & electric cable line, construction of aeration tank with RO plant shed work) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 50.00 (fifty) Lac in single contract under Government/Semi government sector of Bangladesh.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40.00 (forty) Lac in the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates for contract completed under Government/Semi government sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual turnover.The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW2A-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 30.00 (thirty) Lac.The Tenderers must submit with its Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provide by Government of Bangladesh.VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate which was used for estimation of this work.
