Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in works of similar nature shall be 03 (Three) years..2) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature work in a single contract during last 5 (five) years with a value of at least BDT 1.50 Lakh in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual turnover during last 5 (five) years BDT 1.50 Lakh. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual turnover.4) The minimum amount of liquid asset i. e. working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 1.50 lakh. Documentary evidence submitted along with the tender must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.5) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.(c) Updated Trade license.
