Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01(One) contract of 01(one) Building Construction Work completed within the last 05(Five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, of a value of at least Tk 10.00 (Ten) Lac.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 9.00 (Nine) Lac over the last 5(Five) years.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 9.00 (Nine) Lac. Letter of commitment for bank-s undertaking for the line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form without alteration,issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the date of the dead line for submission of tender.(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 10.00 (Ten) Lac.(f) The Tenderer must enclose up to date Trade License, Income Tax certificate and Valid VAT documents along with the tender.g) The Tenderer must enclose up to date ABC category Electrical Contractory and Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
