Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The minimum experience of the Tenderer as a prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature i.e construction of at least one 132kv or higher voltage level bay with carying, installation, testing and commissiomning of 50/75MVA or higher rating transformer including related civil construction, SAS integrasation, SCADA integration successfuly completed within last 05 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) in an energized subsatation at a cost of not less than BDT 2.50 crore.3. Must submit authorization letter from (a) Schneider Electric for SAS, 132kV Busbar protection integration and (b) General Electric for SCADA integration .4.The tenderer should have skilled Testing & Commissioning Engineers as well as test equipments for Electrical Sub-station.5. Gantry Column/Beam, Equipment Structure supply must be ensured from the manufacturer who previously supplied directly or through EPC in PGCB.6. FAT of Gantry Column/Beam, Equipment Structure materials have to be completed by 02(Two) PGCB engineers. Cost of FAT witness is deemed to be included in bid price.7. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 7.00 Crore over the last 03 years and to be endorsed by audited firm.8. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 2.50 Crore.9. Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Bangladesh PLC. in form of pay order or Bank draft.10. Details are described in Tender Document.
