Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The minimum experience of the Tenderer in construction works of Grid Sub-station as a Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years .2. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature, i,e, 132kV or higher voltage rating AIS sub-station construction including civil works with at least 01 bay with 132kV or higher voltage switchgear (CB, DS, LA, CT, PT) and Transformer Pad and 132/33kV or higher Voltage, 50/75MVA Transformer or higher rating Transformer Carrying, installation, Testing and commissioning in an energized sub-station, Successfully completed within the last 03 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) at a cost of not less than BDT 2.0 Crore.3. Must submit authorization letter from Schneider Electric for SAS integration & 132kV Busbar protection integration.4.The tenderer should have skilled Testing & Commissioning Engineers as well as test equipments for Electrical Sub-station.5. Gantry Column/Beam, Equipment Structure supply must be ensured from the manufacturer who previously supplied directly or through EPC in PGCB.6. FAT of Gantry Column/Beam, Equipment Structure materials have to be completed by 02(Two) PGCB engineers. Cost of FAT witness is deemed to be included in bid price.7. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 7.00 Crore over the last 03 years and to be endorsed by audited firm.8. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 2.50 Crore.9. Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. in form of pay order or Bank draft.10. Details are described in Tender Document.
