Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date trade license, VAT Registration Certificate & TAX Certificate.b) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (i.e., Access Control System/Security System) with multiple contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lakh) and the total value of the said contracts shall be at least Tk. 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh).d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 46,40,000.00 (Forty Six Lakh and Forty Thousand).e) All other terms & conditions are specified in TDS and PCC.
