Eligibility of Tenderer : Name of the Work: Installation, Testing and commissioning with Supply of Architectural LED Light Fittings for Museum & Glass Tower.Brief Eligibility and Qualification of Tenderer:a) General experience: Reputed contractors, subcontractors firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experiences.b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completion of Electrical Installation works worth not less than Tk. 350.00 Lac only in a single Tender within last 5 (five) years under Govt./ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh.i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Org. other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 500.00 Lac over the last 5 years.d) Updated Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).e) Valid ABC category Electrical License & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.f) The minimum amount Liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank TK 250.00 Lac in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank-s undertaking for Line of Credit Only, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days.g) Authorization as per TDS.h) All other terms & conditions of the tender will be as per the ITT, GCC, TDS & Tender documents.
