Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender DataSheet (TDS).2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods i.e. supply and installation of Lifts at least1(one)number in a single contract successfully completed in Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of thatOrganization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the samecertificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work hasbeen done within the last 5(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 59.00 lakh.4. The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e credit line(s) as per STD( Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 61.00 lakh.5.The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :a) Up-to-date PWD license. .b) Up-to-date ABC license.c) Up-to-date Supervisory license.d) Up-to-date TIN & VAT certificate.e) Up-to-date Trade license.6) Manufacturer's authorization /Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documentssection, have to be submitted as per STD (Form e-PG3 - 5).7) Terms and conditions as uploaded in Section No-6.8) Each bidder must be the sole agent of the proposed lift of the contract and he/she must submit its all supporting documents.9) Attached Specification are uploaded in Section No-6 that uploaded Specification will be treated as attached specification withthis item No-1
