Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) General Experience of the Tenderer in Electromechanical Works shall be 5 (Five) years.(b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature work under single contract within the last 5 (Five) years of a value at least Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lac over the last 5 (Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 (Four) Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW2a-3 form published by CPTU.(e) The minimum capacity shall be: 4.00 (Four) Lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS.(f) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up to Date 13 (Thirteen) Digit VAT Registration Certificate.(g) Up-to-Dated ABC/BC Category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.(h) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
