Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed LPG supplier/tenderer who have minimum 8 (Eight) years of general experience .b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful installation and operation of LPG pipeline work of same nature and complexity in Bangladesh whose value is at least of Tk.45 (Forty five) lac in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 07 (Seven) years.In case of PWD certifying authority shall be concerned Executive Engineer & In case of work under organization other than PWD certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and in case of district outside capital the same duly be verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD.c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual LPG system installation turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk.150.00 (One Hundred Fifty ) lac supported by payment/completion certificates.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 45(Forty five) lac, which should be submitted in prescribed form of CPTU. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication and submission date of the tender. Letter of commitment of Bank's undertaking for line of credit as per prescribed form of tender and contract forms section must be submitted .e) The Tenderer should have-i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
