Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Contractor having latest enlistment under category 1.3 with KGDCL of Petrobangla having experience in Emergency pipe line maintenance/pipe line construction, shifting/Riser construction work within last 03 (Three) years.2) Tenderer should have experience in completing similar type of a Single workPrepaid Meter (100Nos) Installation work for amount of Tk.15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh) in KGDCL of Petrobangla/ Government/Semi Goverment/ Autonomous Organization within last 03 (Three) years must be required. Work completion certificate of the same issued by the Engineer-in- charge is to be submitted along with the tender.3) Other conditions as specified in Tender Document.4) Tender Document containing insufficient / incomplete information will be rejected.5) Furnishing of any false, Fake & forged document or information by a tender shall result in rejection of his tender and may lead to forfeiture of tender Secuirity and action againist tender under reguler of PPA 20086) If Quated Rate is found more thane 10% above or below Estimated cost, Tender will be Non-Responsive
