Project Name : Re-Construction of Cumilla Central Jail. Cumilla.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a. The tenderer shall have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works (year counting from the date of publication of IFT)b. The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar nuture works with a value not less than Tk. 5.00 (five) Crore through a single contract during last 5 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (year counting from the date of publication of IFT)c. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineerd. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 11.00 (eleven) Crore over last 5( five) years (year counting from the date of publication of IFT)e. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 1.90 (One point nine zero) crore Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
