Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : i)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub- Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of minimum RCC frame structure works successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) lakh.a) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 25.00 (Twenty) lakh during the last 5 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender.iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.v) The required amount of Tender capacity shall be Tk 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh.vi) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:a) Updated income tax clearance certificate b) Valid VAT registration certificate c) Updated Trade license.Vii) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
