Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction works.b) Special Class/ Class one (Combined)/Class one(Civil), Class two (Civil) enlisted Contractors/Firms .c) Tenderer must possesi) Up to date income tax clearance certificateii) Valid VAT registration certificateiii) up to date trade liscens & ABC liscens.d) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 40.00 (Forty lac only during last 5 Years. Construction Turnover must be supported by the totalcertified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh.Turnover cerificates from NBR shall be submitted by the tenderer.e).The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be of Tk 30.00 (Thirty) lac only. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.Prescribed from for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as perform Pw3-7 of tender and contact form.f) Minimum specific experience in Minimum Repair work in a single contract with an amount of at least Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lac only in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years.
