Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years.(b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of Deep Tube-Well Work in a single work order in Bangladesh amounting not less than Tk. 80 lakh within the last 5 (Five) years in Govt/Semi-Govt/ Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent officer of concern department/Organization.(c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is TK. 150.00 Lakh during best three years over the last five years which will be based on work completion certificates. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.(d) The required minimum liquid asset/credit facilities is Tk. 80 lakh.(e) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.(f) Up-to-date valid trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, valid A,B,C category Electrical contractors and supervisory license from electrical license board.g) Manufacturer Authorization letter, ISO 9906:2012 Grade & ISO 9001:2015 Standard Certificate and CE Cerificate/UL Enlistment for Submersible Pump Motor Set should be submitted.h) ISO 9001 certificate, type test report from an...
