Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/repair works as Prime Contractor shall be five(5) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Civil and E/M construction/repair works of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology including having experience of successfully completion of a value not less than tk. 12.00 Lakh in Govemment/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years.(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 16.00 Lakh (Sixteen Lakh) over the last five (5) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 16.00 Lakh Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset.(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 12.00 Lakh (Twelve Lakh). To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS.(f) Documents of valid and Up to dated Trade License, Income Tax and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of ...
