Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years in the electro-mechanical works.ii) A satisfactory completion of similar nature electrical works under a single contract successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 10.00 (Ten) lakh.a) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verifiedby the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) lakh in the last 05 (five) years.iv)The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve) lakh. In case of the Letter of commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of credit (Form PW2a-3) 0f tender and contract forms shall be submitted.v) The required amount of Tender capacity shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve) lakh.vi)Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.vii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:a) Updated income tax clearance certificate with TINb) Updated VAT registration certificate.c) Updated valid Trade licensed) Up-to date ABC/BC category Contractory and Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical LicensingBoard.
