Eligibility of Tenderer : Submitted tender will be treated as 'Non-Responsive' due to the failure of submission offollowing eligibility documents related to the Tenderer -1) Updated trade license, TIN and VAT certificate.2) Required specific experience.3) Copy of turnover document in the form of Work certificate.4) The certificates to be submitted by the tenderer in proof of specific experience oraverage annual construction turnover (AACT) must have the information such as particularsof PE including email address and contact no., business shares in case of JV, timeextension, liquidity damage, contract and final bill amount etc. Failing in doing so will turnthe submitted tender as ‘Non-Responsive-. A sample is attached in the particular conditionsfor reference.5) Scanned copy of original liquid asset document (certificate or statement from bankissued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website) in the formatdesignated in PPR.6) The credit facilities should be sanctioned in favor of contractor and issued not earlierthan the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website by any scheduled bank of Bangladeshin accordance with ITT clause 32.1 (d) without alteration and must submit in the format ofcredit line (Form PW 3-7). A sample is attached in the particular conditions for reference.7) Tenderer should submit the information related to ‘Tender Capacity- as per standardformat provided in particular conditions.8) It can be noted that submission of any fake/false document will result in the submittedtender as 'Non-Responsive' and steps will be taken against the concerned tendereraccording to PPA, 2006 and PPR 2008 (last amendment).Other conditions as per TDS
