Project Name : Project for Safe Water Supply Throughout the Country.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID as stated under ITT Sub Clause 39.4b) Tenderer may participate in the procurement proceedings forming a Joint Venture,Consortium or Associations (JVCA) by an agreement, executed case by case on a nonjudicial stamp of value as stated in TDS authenticated by a Notary Public.c) Tenderer shall have the construction experience of satisfactory completion of similar works as specified in the TDS.d) Availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank as specified in the TDSe) The average annual construction turnover as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS.f) Documentary evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN)/ Updated Trader License and Updated Value Added Tax (VAT) as a proof of taxation obligations.g) Personnel Capacity/ Equipment Capacity/Payment Certificate (If Applicable) and others necessary documents are must be submitted as mention on TDS.h) Location & Position of Wash Block will change from one primary School to another Primary School depending on Site Condition. No objection will grant for this purpose.i) The Rules, Regulation & Acts (including all amendments) of "The Public procurement Regulation 2008" must be applied on contractors.j) Any type of apathy/Submission of False Information/negligence/delay of execution of work will cost the winning bidder a penalty of minimum 3 years debars in respective zone.k) Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason.
