Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction Works.b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of deep tubewell work of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.8.00 (Eight) lakh in a single Contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover amounting Tk.44.00 (forty four ) lakh. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years . (Best three year will be counted). You are requested to provide payment certificate mentioning Fiscal year and share percent in the certificate.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.10.00 (ten) lakh. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PW3-7 Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.e) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.9.00 (Nine ) lakh.f) Tenderer shall submit , Tax Clearance Certificate, BIN certificate & Trade license.
