Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1st class Contractor with Updated ABC licence from electrical license board, Bangladesh.General experience of 3 years regarding installation and Execution of 33KV, 11KV line renovation or construction .Tenderer must have up to date income tax clearance, VAT Certificate, Trade license, and Bank Solvency Certificate.Satisfactory genuine work completion certificate of similar work volume of which will be be minimum 01 of contract(s) each having minimum Tk 2,25,000/-(two lacs twenty five thousand only) over a period of last 5 (Five) years shall be required issued from only BPDB, WZPDCL, DESCO, DPDC, NESCO not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the work was done.Average annual volume of construction turn over shall be minimum Tk 3,00000.00 over the last 3 (Three) years .Liquid assets/availability of funds and/or credit facilities from bidder's banker(s) at least Tk 3,00000.00.Al the Procedure of this tender must follow PPR-2025.Tenderer must have eligibility and conformity of Materials, Equipments, Manpower and Services, National ID (NID), Authorization letter.The Procuring entity reserved the right to accept or reject any or all tender(s) without assigning any reasons whatsoever and PE can cancle this tender anytime without showing any cause.All Other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS of this tender.
