Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.(b) Specific Experience:Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of works in singing of Deep tubewell work of Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lac, in a single contract. Last 05 (Five)years will be counted backward from the date of publication (i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.(ii) In case of the work done any Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.c)The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk 1.00 (One) Crore.d)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lac.e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 28.00 (Twenty Eight) Lac as per formula stated in TDS.f)The Tenderer must posses: i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii)Up to date income tax clearance certificate.iv)Up to date ABC category contractory & supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board,GoB.g)Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 percent above or below of the official estimated cost,the tender will be rejected.h)Tender will be evaluated with latest amendments of PPA 2006 & PPR 2008 i)Other required eligibility and conditions m... - Documents:
