Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As per TDS.1) 'It is to be noted that tenderer quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately according to the depth of the well, otherwise tender would be considered non-responsive without any acceptable clarification'.2) Only Payment certificate will be considered for Turnover calculation.3) All the cost related to the installation of water point have to be paid by the contructor. The contructor can not be allowed to take any cost from the caretaker/School of the water source like material carrying cost, platform construction cost, pipe cost, mason/labor cost including their eating cost etc. during the installation period.
