Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Installation of Deep tube-well work of 150x75 mm diameter completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 10.00 Lakh (Ten lakh only) under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.03. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 30..00 (Twenty lakh) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to submitted with all supporting documents.04. The minimum Amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.13.00 Lakh (Thirteen Lakh only).Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in ePW2a form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. For credit facilities of the Tenderer available balance of facilities shall be mention.05. The Tenderer have to up-to-date up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of his own.06. Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 10 Lakh (Ten lakh only). The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with supporting documents.
