Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years.(b) The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of building construction works of minimum BDT 100.00 (One Hundred Point zero) Lac in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3 (Three) financial years of BDT 70.00 (Seventy point zero) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 75.00 (Seventy-five Point Zero) Lac in the form PW3-7(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 115.00 (One Hundred Fifteen Point zero) Lac To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of ongoing works under any public sector and existing commitments must be mentioned.(f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet & Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC) of tender documents.
Brief Description of Works : Installation of 02 new main gates on the north side of the building, renovation and strengthening of the existing 04 main gates of the building, renovation of the existing boundary wall of the building and installation of upward facing security grilles, and other repair works in order to increase the security of the 20-storey Justice Building in Kakrail, Dhaka.
