Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. As the existing 132 kV GIS switchgear manufacturer is HITACHI, and the GIS bus and equipment erection and commissioning were done by HITACHI, the Technical Advisory service must be done by the authorized engineers of HITACHI ENERGY. The Tenderer must submit the official confirmation letter from HITACHI that they will send their experts to conduct the fault detection work with a valid ID Card.2. The tenderer shall have five (05) years of general experience in the erection, testing & commissioning of 132kV or Higher Voltage GIS or AIS bays. In this connection, experience certificates shall have to be submitted by the bidders. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of 132kV or higher voltage GIS or AIS commissioning works of minimum BDT12,00,00,00.00 (One crore Twenty Lac) under one (1) contract in the last five (5) years. In this connection, completion certificates shall have to be submitted. Years are counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.4. The tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of 132kV or higher voltage GIS bays erection, testing & commissioning work of a minimum of one (01) contract of 132 kV GIS bays in the last five (05) years. If the contractor has both GIS & AIS work in the 132 kV system in the same contract, such 01-workexperience will also be acceptable. In this connection, completion certificates shall have to be submitted. Years are counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.5. All equipments necessary for executing the inspection. After completion of work, the useable/intact materials & consumables, if any (Supply items from BoQ), shall be handed over to PGCB.
