Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The tenderer shall have five (05) years of general experience (i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System) in the erection, testing & commissioning of 132kV or Higher Voltage GIS or AIS bays. In this regards, experience certificates have to be submitted by the bidders.2) The tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of 132kV or higher voltage GIS commissioning works with a value of minimum BDT 10,00,00,00.00 (One crore) under one (1) contract within the last three (3) years (Years are counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). In this regards, completion certificates shall have to be submitted.3) The bidder must have inspection/fault detection experience of at least one work at 132 kV or higher voltage GIS. Tenderer must submit work completion/experience certificate in this regard.4) Work Experience in BPDB, Power Grid or any distribution utility under the People's Republic of Bangladesh will be given preference.5) The work must be completed under the supervision of a HITACHI expert.
