Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : All Bangladeshi national tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following to be followed by all concerned tenderers.1. The Tenders will be evaluated as per submitted documents in the e-GP system, Conditions of STD as per PPR-2008, Rules 98 & others relevant rules of PPR-2008.2. Only necessary documents to be submitted. Submission of unnecessary documents are strictly discouraged.3. If any submitted documents are proved false at any stage of evaluation process, the tenderers shall be considered as non-responsive.4. Non-submission of ongoing work under any PE organizations that affect the tender evaluation process will be considered as non-eligibility of the tenderer.5. The tenderers will have to submit year wise payment list as per attached sheet in General Specification.6. Ongoing works of RHD/Other organization to be submitted as per attached sample sheet in General Specification.7. Calculated Tender capacity along with Supporting documents to be submitted as per attached sample sheet in General Specification.8. If the total quoted price is more than 5% (Five percent) less or above than the APP Estimate cost, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates in support of his quoted rate.9. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken following Rules 127 of PPR-2008 & relevant clause of STD.
