- Tenders are invited for Implementation Support - Teacher Training for Classroom Management in Bangladesh A randomized control trial (RCT) is underway in Bangladesh within which we aim to understand whether empowering students to set-up classroom norms can help improve the efficacy of classroom management trainings to ensure effective learning even in larger classroom.The Government of Bangladesh, in collaboration with the World Bank, has already completed a baseline survey and training of grade 6 teachers. The training was focused on providing tools to teachers to build a cohesive classroom in collaboration with the students. As part of the study, we are inviting partners to support training of grade 7 teachers and manage three months long intervention in 63 schools and support monitoring of implementation.
