Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) Up to date trade license(ii) Up to date TIN, VAT Registration Certificate with up to date valid Income tax clearance certificate.(iii) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.(iv) A valid up-to-date PWD E/M enlistment license.(v) Liquid Asset in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2b-3) only valid up to 28 days before tender opening(vi) Complete Site visit report must be authenticated by the Procuring Entity (Executive Engineer, PWD E/M Division-11, Dhaka)(vii) Tenderer shall submit an assurance certificate declaring explicitly to perform the job within time duly.(viii) Experience Certificate/Work certificate of working in KPI areacin electromechanical site at least for 3 year related work experience.(ix) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Tender Documents and general/particular sections. If any conditions are not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the bidder will be non-responsive.
