Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. Tenderer must have valid and updated trade license, Taxation documents and BIN certificates as per tender requirements 2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 05 (Five) years. 3. The tenderer shall have the minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing housekeeping personnel/cleaners in public sector under maximum 02 (Two) contracts (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) completed over a period of 3 ( three) years with a value of at least of Tk 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh). 4. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer under Public sector (hereinafter defined by Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector) shall be at least an amount of Tk 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lakh) only over the last 03(Three) financial years. 5.The minimum amount of financial resources of the tenderer in the form of credit line commitment is Tk 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lakh) only from any scheduled bank. 6. Tenderer-s quoted commission shall not be less than 25%. If the Quoted commission is less than 25% (threshold limit defined by PE), that bid shall be rejected. 7.Service Period of the contract under the tender shall be 4 months.
